HOW to HELP

There are many ways to help with this cause, even if you don't have the money to give. 

• Share this page! This page is linked to my donation page, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, and Pinterest. Share, pin, and tell friends, family, co-oworkers & random people. It makes for a great conversation, and the more people you tell, the more people you are helping who have M.S. The whole point is to conquer this ugly disease!
• Tax Deductible! Companies love to give to tax deductible events because it is a win-win (mutualistic) relationship. So when you share, don't forget to use those 2 words!
• Create your own event! Set up a fun weekend to be an activist yourself. Create an auction, set up a relay race, set up a night of karaoke with tips (because you are that amazing), set up a comedy night, just be free and have fun with it! 
  Give the proceeds to any activists' page who interests you, especially if you don't want to do the dirty work of making your own donation page and websites etc. Donate to the Pacific Crest Trek for MS, MS run the US, or many others!
